We are looking for a skilled Hardscaping Technician to join our growing landscaping company. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation and construction of various hardscape elements, working alongside a team to create stunning outdoor spaces for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features according to project plans and specifications

• Prepare sub-bases, including excavation, leveling, and drainage

• Lay pavers, stones, and other hardscape materials with precision and attention to detail

• Cut and shape hardscape materials using hand and power tools

• Operate a variety of equipment, such as skid steers, compactors, and plate tampers

• Maintain a clean and organized worksite

• Load and unload materials safely

• Assist with other landscaping tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hardscape construction or a related field (preferred)

• Strong understanding of construction principles and techniques

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks

• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

• Valid driver's license (preferred)

• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
